Sweet Home Atlanta of Keller Williams Realty was created to provide a robust real estate group capable of supporting client needs across the full spectrum of today’s Atlanta marketplace.  The intent was to be the gold standard for clients’ whether they were buying, selling, renting, leasing or investing in real estate.  Success was to be measured by one attribute going forward … the willingness of clients to refer Sweet Home Atlanta to their family, friends and associates as their preferred Realtor® for any and all real estate transactions.  During the seven years of Sweet Home Atlanta’s existence, success is best measured by the hundreds of clients that have done just that.

The three partners of Sweet Home Atlanta are Susan Ozburn, Kristen McCord and John Dangler.  Together they represent nearly 50 years’ worth of licensed real estate practice in the state of Georgia.  They bring Masters Degrees in Marketing Research, Social Work and Finance as underpinnings to this experience.  Each principle has also completed the State of Georgia’s licensing requirements to be a Real Estate Broker rather than simply a licensed sales person.  In addition, they have completed many hours of continuing education and designation courses (principles of the team hold ABR, ePro, SRES and Luxury home professional designations from various accrediting agencies) to enhance their understanding of today’s real estate market.  This combined with nearly a half century of practical experience means that they are ready to address your needs across the market from rentals/leases to luxury high-end properties and all the points in between.
